A few years ago, I bought a full package that included the shaver and the head shaver. A few weeks ago, my shaver broke down; either a faulty battery or water damage, even though it is supposed to be waterproof. I sent them an email saying it wasn't working anymore, and without any problem, they sent me a new one at their expense! Very happy with it.

I have been a loyal customer for some years and never a regret….there products are from a high quality standard…there service and help is very good and reliable…..I do not work for them but would not mind to be honest…..I work in restaurant business where you always have to look your best to serve the clients and there products do help to achieve it…..
